We’ve been working on a toolkit to help you with member queries. There’s a number of new resources we’ve created which include email templates and printable posters that’ll help direct your staff in the right direction when it comes to their pension, which we've added to existing resources such as member guides and factsheets.

In previous years’ focus groups we’ve had a lot of employers asking for this toolkit to help them when it comes to supporting their staff, so we wanted to add to the resources already available. 

The toolkit currently focuses on new starters to the Scheme and those wanting to opt out, but we’ll be working on further resources on different topics to add to the toolkit as the year progresses. We’ll keep you updated as and when new topics are covered.
