Outstanding arrears of contributions invoices

Employers should be aware that as part of Scheme administration we’re required to report employers who are in breach of Code of Practice 14 to the Pensions Regulator. This currently includes late submission of End of Year Certificates and overdue monthly contributions.

We’ll shortly be reviewing our obligation to consider those employers who have outstanding arrears of contribution invoices that are over 90 days old and recommend employers settle invoices in a timely manner. Any current disputes will be taken into consideration before we issue reports.
