When you upload a file, our system will perform a number of validation checks on the data provided before adding anything to our records.

Due to the introduction of employer level and member level contribution information onto the submission, it’s no longer possible to reject individual rows of data and request a correction at a later date (as was the case with MDC submissions).

This validation process may cause you to receive STOP errors. Any STOP errors will cause a row of data to be rejected and will have to be corrected before a file is accepted for processing.
