During the processing of an accepted file, there’s still a possibility that errors can be identified within the data provided or issues found in processing this onto our systems.

The validation performed at this stage can produce two types of errors; Warning Errors and Service Queries.

Warning errors highlight issues in the data set that could require adjustments to the amount of contributions taken, if there are any warning errors, we’ll send you an error file immediately after you’ve made your submission.

Service query errors highlight issues in the data set that could require adjustments to the service information provided, and potentially the amount of contributions taken. If you’ve any service query errors, we may contact you for further information to clarify the situation or ask you to make contribution adjustments if applicable.
