    You can download various templates that you need to successfully administer the Scheme in the Employer Portal’s Templates section.

    They’ll always be the latest templates, so make sure you download them from the Employer Portal each time you use them. Please save the templates to a folder and not to your desktop as this can cause issues.

    Common errors you may come across in submitting files are usually in relation to your Monthly Data Collection (MDC) or your Monthly Contributions Reconciliation (MCR) files.
