If you’ve received your Remediable Service Statement (RSS) and have completed the included Transitional Protection Options form, please ensure you return it to us in one of the following ways:
You can either:

1. Complete the online ‘Your Choices’ web form by accessing your My Pension Online (MPO) account. If you've not yet registered for an MPO account, you can do so at www.teacherspensions.co.uk/register. Please don’t use the secure messaging function to attach a copy of your paper form, you must use the web form provided.
   
   
2. Complete and return the attached form in full to Teachers’ Pensions, 11b Lingfield Point, Darlington, DL1 1AX. Please don’t send your form back over email as this is unsecure and risks your personal information.
