Each week we answer over 8,000 calls in our Contact Centre, but we’ve plenty of ways for you to contact us with queries about your pension. To help make it as simple as possible to get in touch:

The best way to stay in control of your pension and contact us is through your MPO account. It’s simple to register and your account lets you stay up to date with all your pension information.

*When phoning our Contact Centre please make sure you’re calling our Member line 0345 6066 166. Our Employer line won’t be able to transfer you across to a Member representative. As our busiest days are Monday and Friday we recommend calling us Tuesday - Thursday to reduce any waiting time.
