Each week we answer over 8,000 calls in our Contact Centre, but we’ve plenty of ways for you to contact us with queries about your pension. To help make it as simple as possible to get in touch:

• You can use your My Pension Online (MPO) account to send us a secure message

• We’re currently looking to introduce a web chat service to make it easier for you to get in touch with us online
• We’ve increased the number of representatives available in our Contact Centre to answer your calls*

The best way to stay in control of your pension and contact us is through your MPO account. It’s simple to register and your account lets you stay up to date with all your pension information.

*When phoning our Contact Centre please make sure you’re calling our Member line 0345 6066 166. Our Employer line won’t be able to transfer you across to a Member representative. As our busiest days are Monday and Friday we recommend calling us Tuesday - Thursday to reduce any waiting time.
