Employer Secure Messaging

Secure messaging was introduced to allow you to communicate with us through the Employer Portal.

It’s important when you use Secure Messaging that you select the right category for your query.

To help you use the right category when contacting us, we created a list of categories (PDF, 2.2 MB) (This link opens in a new window) with supporting information to help guide you to the right place.

We’ve started to contact some of you via secure messaging and will continue to roll this out to more employers. You’ll know we’ve sent a secure message as you’ll receive an email notification from us to advise it’s waiting for you in your Employer Portal inbox.

Please use the platform instead of your previous methods of communication with us. Communications sent to us on Employer Secure Messaging shouldn’t be sent via email as well, as this could delay our response times.
