Member contact number

Recently we’ve had members call the Employer Support Team.

We’d like to remind you that this team is unable to take calls dealing with member queries as they’ve not been specially trained to do so. Please don’t pass the Employer Support Team phone number onto them. If you’re advising a member to contact us, this should be on 0345 606 6166, as this will take them through to our Contact Centre team who’ll be able to deal with their query and will prevent them being frustrated at the level of service they’re being offered.

Members can also contact us through My Pension Online by sending us a secure message or via WhatsApp (This link opens in a new window), please note it may take up to two working days to receive a response and this number doesn’t allow phone calls.

We also have a webchat service on our website.

If you can support us with this issue, it will also help free up our Employer Support Team to answer your queries.
