We’re launching Employer Secure Messaging

We’ve created a new way for you to contact us with your queries, soon we’ll be launching our Employer Secure Messaging on the Employer Portal.

Secure Messaging, allows you to:

  • contact us and provide attachments
  • have a designated reference number for your specific query
  • see an audit trail of correspondence
  • ask both employer and member queries (you have to be the current employer for specific member queries)
  • have direct contact with us.
