Stay on top of your workplace pensions duties

The Pensions Regulator (TPR) monitors all employers, to make sure staff receive the pensions they’re due. You should make sure you stay on top of your workplace pension duties so TPR aren’t required to take enforcement action.

Automatic Enrolment is a continuous responsibility, as well as monitoring wages and earnings of staff and paying contributions. As an employer you must carry out re-enrolment duties every three years.
