We offer plenty of different training options to help you administer the Scheme successfully. These include:

• Webinar training – we cover ten different topics ranging from Administering the Scheme to the Employer Portal and everything in between
• MCR surgeries – which are aimed at those employers who’ve on-boarded to MCR and need additional support. You’ve the option to submit any questions or queries in advance, which our expert trainers can then talk through on the day
• Employer drop-in sessions – which take place every month and cover different topics to help you understand more about the Scheme. We also include relevant Scheme updates and have time for any questions you may like answered on the day
• Videos – our YouTube channel has a great selection of videos to help you with your day to day tasks, such as MCR walkthrough videos showing how to complete the template, an End of Year Certificate overview explaining what the EOYC process is and when to start it, including what you need to do, and a selection of our webinars which have been condensed for refresher training at any time.

Even if you attended some of our training last year, it’s important that you keep up with the latest Scheme changes and developments, so make sure to sign up this year for some refresher training.
