Updated MCR webpages and guides

We’ve recently updated our MCR webpages and guides to help you with your submissions.

We’ve created a new web page for the MCR missing members routine, which explains what the process is, when you might receive notification that members are missing from your monthly submission, what the reasons for this may be and when you’ll receive the notification.

In addition to the new web page, we’ve also updated all three main MCR guides:

The Template user instructions has been amended to reflect the most up to date version of the template, including updated instructions and screenshots. The other two guides have been moved into our new branding.

If you’ve got these guides saved to your desktop, or printed as hard copies, please disregard them and familiarise yourself with the new versions.

They can be found on our bespoke MCR web pages along with our other forms and guides.
