It’s come to light that some of you (or your payroll/software providers) are submitting contributions and signing the associated declarations, even though the contributions don’t match the submission. This results in significant unnecessary work for those establishments to correct. So please help us to help you by ensuring that contributions paid match the submission, and that the declaration is only being signed if that’s the case. Please discuss this with your payroll/software provider if necessary, as this remains your responsibility. We’ll be following up with the individuals and establishments who are incorrectly signing declarations and submitting contributions that don’t match directly if this continues.
