Employer delegation access

If an employer uses a third party to produce and send their MDC or MCR submissions, they need to give the provider access to their Employer Portal account.

The completed delegation form (XLSX, 24 KB) (This link opens in a new window) needs to be sent to epregistrations@teacherspensions.co.uk (This link opens in a new window) as soon as you decide to have a third party supply information on your behalf. Without this access your provider can’t submit on your behalf – the form must come from your establishment’s primary contact.

Please remember it’s your responsibility to ensure that member records are correct and kept up to date.

Please keep your contact details up to date through the Employer Contact Details facility on the Employer Portal.
