We’ve made some changes to the member search function to make it easier for you to find a specific data centre. We know this can be quite challenging for those of you who manage multiple centres.

The current process means you have to scroll through a drop-down list of all the data centres that you’re responsible for.

The new function will provide you with the opportunity to do a search on the data centre filter to help find the one you’re looking for easier, therefore saving time.

Where an establishment’s reference number has changed due to a boundary change, a member search may have to be conducted on both the old and new data centre number. This is an interim measure until the maintenance exercise to link the data centres is complete.

Please be advised that if you then want to carry out a second search on the data centre field, you have to clear the field before entering the new data centre, you can’t ‘overwrite it’.
