Can we please reinforce that a ‘W’ indicator should only be input on a service submission if the member has left you as the employer, or have left teaching completely.

They should not be included if you’re changing payroll provider.  This causes issues whereby the automatic starter and leaver packs are unnecessarily issued to the member, which has naturally caused queries and complaints from members.
