Following regular feedback from you, where you asked for longer periods before being timed out of the Employer Portal, we’ve been able to extend the session.

This development had previously been restricted by our Security and Compliance team, and only a five minute extension was granted taking it from 15 to 20 minutes. However, following the overwhelming feedback, they’re now happy to accommodate the doubling of the existing session time from 20 to 40 minutes.

We’re aiming to implement this from late August / Early September. We’ll inform you when the change goes live through our website news.
