Creating a master copy of the Monthly Data Collection (MDC) template

Did you know that you can save your own master copy of our MDC template? This means that rather than completing a new MDC template each month, you can simply copy the information you use regularly.

  1. Copy the headings from our MDC template and paste them into a blank Excel document
  2. Input the names and other personal details of your employees and save.
  3. Each month add in the dates, service and salary details for each of your employees and, once complete, add into our MDC template to upload to the Employer Portal.

An added benefit of this method is that you can save your progress as you go, so you’ll not lose your work if something goes awry.
