Your monthly contribution form should be submitted by the 7^th of each month along with your contributions. For the avoidance of any doubt, a breakdown form must be uploaded in all cases even when a Monthly Data Collection (MDC) file is submitted as it isn’t a substitute for the breakdown form. There are currently a high number of outstanding monthly breakdown forms and we’ll be undertaking a catch up exercise shortly. If you’re aware of any prior months’ forms you’ve yet to submit, please do so immediately.
