Survey feedback

Your ongoing feedback is essential in improving our service to employers and members alike. We’re keen to see an increase in the amount of verbatim feedback that we receive via our surveys. If you’d like to take part, you can participate in the following ways;

  • You’ll be given the opportunity to provide your email address at the end of every  phone call you make to our employer helpline - a survey will be sent out the next day to the email address provided
  • A survey is always available on the Employer Portal, located in a banner at the top of the page
  • Or you can complete the online survey (This link opens in a new window).
