As advised over the past few months, we’ve continued to make improvements to My Pension Online (MPO). In addition to the latest updates, the following key enhancements have been applied:
 

• New dashboard design created with direct help from members during recent focus groups
• Improved functionality across a range of devices
• New information modules making it easier for members to view their Benefit Statement or P60
• New tasks module, suggesting tasks based on their pension stage
• New and improved web forms page
• Additional help icons to assist on key tasks

These developments continue to be part of the ongoing improvements that’ll be made over the coming weeks.
