Monthly Data Collection (MDC) updates – deadline and errors

April 2018 is the deadline for joining MDC. If you’ve not on-boarded or provided an indication of your intended on-boarding date, you must contact us (This link opens in a new window) as soon as possible. Failure to on board by April 2018 may result in escalation to the Pensions Regulator.

As the deadline approaches, it’s imperative that you ensure the data you provide is correct. This includes resolving any outstanding MDC errors by no later than the 30th of the same month in which they’re generated. Outstanding errors can create gaps in service for members, leading to unnecessary calls and queries from members. Any errors generated can be found within the ‘Download a File’ section of the Employer Portal.
