We mentioned in last month’s bulletin the improvements we’re making when members contact us by phone or online via our website, Facebook (This link opens in a new window) or Twitter (This link opens in a new window)

We’d like to thank all of you who have provided help to members recently, when they have been unable to get through to us via the Contact Centre.

Mondays and Fridays are our busiest days by a significant margin, so if you are encouraging a member to call us, could you advise them it may be better to try Tuesday - Thursday.
