The way in which we communicate with members is changing, which means from next year retired members will only be able to access their P60 and monthly payslips online via My Pension Online (unless otherwise requested or if they’re 80+ years of age). Accessing it online means it’s more secure and they’ll be able to print copies whenever they need to. Members will also be able to update their personal details and complete online forms.
