Transfer Emails

If you have received an email from the Teachers’ Pensions transfers team (tptransfers@teacherspensions.co.uk (This link opens in a new window)) asking you to provide updated service and salary on former employees, we will greatly appreciate any effort you can make to respond with the required information as soon as possible.

We are seeing an upsurge in requests ahead of the 6 April 2015 restriction on transfers-out to defined contributions schemes, and we want to process as many of the applications as we can. Without the requested service and salary details we will be unable to process these requests ahead of the deadline.
